ROKiT Gear has a 10 day return policy. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To request a refund or exchange, send an email to within 4 days of receiving your item(s) with details. We will do our best to respond within 24 hours. (Note: Gift cards are a non-returnable item.)


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.


If you are approved for an exchange, you will be charged for any cost differences in the price . Your exchange will be shipped via priority mail within 4-10 business days with tracking. We will email you the tracking information when your shipment goes out.
